I received a call from an Accurate rep to schedule an appointment for some items I purchased through Costco to be delivered to my home with 2 1/2 hr. window consistent with my work schedule a few days ago. No one showed up or called me back, so I called them later that night. It still shows Awaiting Delivery Appointment on their website. I spoke with Jason Osborn at Accurate who was going to schedule delivery with a 4 hour window today, forcing me to have to take more time off of work, for their mistake. I advised to just return the items to Costco and that I would stop ordering online from them in the future. Jason quickly turned the whole situation around and with management approval was able to assign my items for delivery late last night. Jason is a fine example of what Customer Service should be all about and the fact that he and his company went above and beyond to turn my purchase into a positive experience is exemplary and just unheard of anymore. I highly recommend Jason, Accurate management and the delivery guy for their outstanding efforts. Thank you!
